Ordinary returns
For a change-of-mind return, the T-shirt must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition and original packaging. Keep any attached tags with the item. These ordinary-return conditions do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
How to request a return

Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem; photos can help us assess it. For our errors, damaged items or defects, we cover return shipping and work with you to arrange a return and refund. Do not discard the item before contacting us.
Return shipping and fees
We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, damage or a defect. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received, checked and the refund approved, the funds will be refunded automatically to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help following up on an approved refund.
